First Homes is willing to assist you with your home. The following are services available to you:

  • Post Purchase Program: Overwhelmed by your new home responsibilities? This extremely helpful program provides you with necessary education on care and maintenance of your new home. This service is available at no cost for you.
  • Selling Procedure: When it comes time to sell your home, follow these steps to ensure the process is as easy, and manageable as possible. We are here to assist you as you make your next home transition.
  • Notice of Intent To Sell: Fill out this form if you wish to sell. A signed form must be mailed to First Homes.
  • List of Appraisers: These qualified appraisers have experience working with First Homes and our CLT homes. Contact one or multiple if you are interested in getting a fair market appraisal of your home for sale.
