How Can We Help You Buy a Home?
First Homes is willing to assist you in your home buying process with as much or as little experience as you have. The following are available to lend a hand:
- Income Guidelines: Find out if you qualify for a home through First Homes.
- Home Stretch classes: Sign up and attend homebuyer education classes. First Homes requires that you attend a class if you want to buy a home.
- Certified Lenders: See a list of certified lenders who have experience working with first-time buyers and the First Homes CLT process. Find answers to commonly asked questions about financing and mortgage payments.
- Mortgage Products: In certain cases, First Homes can assist in the purchase of your home. Gap loans and closing cost assistance are available to qualified buyers. Buyers do not have to be first-time home buyers, however it does have to be your primary residence.
